SAMANTHA'S BIRTHDAY PARTY

THANK YOU to Samantha who decided to have her birthday party guests bring donated food for our rescued and feral cats instead of birthday presents for herself !

In early August, Samantha's mother contacted Pacific Animal Foundation with Samantha's idea and we were thrilled.  PAF supplied Samantha with laminated photos of many of our feral and rescued cats and kittens so she could decorate her party area and donation box, and we made fridge magnets for each of Samantha's guests to take home.  We gave all kinds of educational materials to Samantha's mom so she could have them available for the parents of Samantha's friends. 

Samantha's party was a huge success, and a great deal of cat food, toys, and treats was donated to PAF.   As well, donations totaling over $ 70.00  (some from Samantha's piggy bank) were raised to help pay veterinary expenses for our rescued animals.
