SPAY DAY2

Jen getting ready and logging in the first cat

Janice injecting sedative to calm cat so trap can be opened

Even after some sedation, it's a real trick to scruff and get them out of the trap.  They hang on to the wire trap with their claws.

These ferals can be feisty and need to be towelled.  Janice and Jen work as a well-oiled team having done hundreds of ferals for PAF.

Down to business.  Preparations for surgery.  Each cat received a spay or neuter, tattoo, vaccination, deworming and defleaing. Eddy was our biggest male.

This is Lulu - just finishing up and still semi-sedated.  The 3 females also received fluids during surgery.

Tundra is a very handsome boy!
